TATTOO INQUIRY
Mercy Tattoo takes walk-ins and appointments every day according to each tattooer’s availability. Please fill out the entire form below to request an appointment, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Only completed submission forms will be considered for tattoo appointments.
*Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, it may take as long as one week to receive a response from us.
Once a request form is submitted and processed, Mercy will provide you with a detailed email reply regarding the specifics of your request (price estimate/available dates/etc), as well as a link to put down a deposit.
PLEASE NOTE: we require either a $100 or $200 deposit prior to confirmation of any appointment, depending on the total cost of the tattoo. Deposits are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Each request form is thoughtfully considered based on the merits of the concept and how it connects to the requested artist’s body of work. While we appreciate and are grateful for every individual request, not all projects will necessarily be accepted.
Booking with Jake Miller: Please use the form below to book in with Jake for FLASH/PRE DRAWN tattoos only (all available designs are here and here ). For large-scale tattooing (either Japanese or Western), give us a call at 801-355-9191 to schedule an in-person consultation. Jake is not currently offering custom designs outside of his direction of design.
