Mercy Tattoo takes appointments 7 days a week, from 12pm to 8pm, depending on each tattooer’s availability. Please fill out the entire form below to request an appointment, and we will respond to you as soon as possible. Only completed submission forms will be considered for tattoo appointments.
Once a request form is submitted and received, we will provide a detailed email reply regarding the specifics of your request (price estimate/placement/available dates/etc).
PLEASE NOTE: we require an $80 deposit prior to confirmation of any appointment. Deposits are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Each request form is thoughtfully considered based on the merits of the concept and how it connects to the requested artist’s body of work. While we appreciate and are grateful for every individual request, not all projects will necessarily be accepted.
